8 Hinde Street

The building is situated in the West End of London. It was an unimposing multi-let 1950’s office building with tired common parts, a small lift and central heating. We carried out a comprehensive refurbishment of the entire building to create a contemporary look offering high quality air-conditioned space. An innovative approach was taken to increasing the size of the lift, the reception area was enlarged and full height windows were installed on the rear elevation to increase natural light. A feature roof terrace was also created with catering facilities.
