The building was held as an investment and with asset management we have carried out a rolling refurbishment and rebranding of the entire building repositioning it as media style offices. We introduced landscape courtyards and a coffee shop. This resulted in the transformation of a tired 1950’s building into contemporary workspace for international businesses such as Vice Media.
